1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Overview of the Platform

DEGEN X is a decentralized, non-custodial Web3 trading platform designed to provide users with tools for discovering, analyzing, and interacting with blockchain-based digital assets, including meme tokens and other cryptocurrencies.

DEGEN X does not act as a broker, dealer, custodian, exchange, financial advisor, or intermediary. All interactions occur directly between users and blockchain networks via smart contracts.

1.2 Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or subject to laws of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.
• You are not subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restricted party lists.

DEGEN X reserves the right to restrict or block access to users from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

1.3 Non-Custodial Nature

DEGEN X does not hold, store, control, or manage user funds.

• Users retain full control over their wallets and private keys.
• DEGEN X cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or freeze assets.
• All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.

1.4 Platform Functionality

The Platform may provide:

• Token discovery and analytics tools
• Trading interfaces connected to third-party liquidity sources
• Smart contract interactions
• Reward, incentive, or airdrop mechanisms
• Governance or staking-related features

DEGEN X does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or availability of any feature.

1.5 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or smart contracts
• Attempt to manipulate markets or deceive other users
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use automated scripts without permission

Violation may result in access restriction without notice.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All branding, interfaces, text, visuals, logos, and code (excluding open-source components) are the intellectual property of DEGEN X or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DEGEN X shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of funds or digital assets
• Smart contract failures
• Blockchain congestion or network issues
• Third-party integrations or services

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

1.8 Modifications

DEGEN X reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.5 CONSENT, COOKIES & DATA PROCESSING

1.5.1 Implied Consent Through Use

By accessing, browsing, or using the DEGEN X platform in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, and storage of data as described in this document. Your continued use of the Platform after viewing the cookie consent banner constitutes your affirmative and informed consent to all data practices outlined herein.

Specifically, by using the Platform you consent to:

• The placement and reading of cookies and local storage data on your device
• The collection of technical and behavioral data for analytics, security, and platform improvement
• The generation and storage of a browser fingerprint for fraud prevention and session management
• The logging of your IP address, device information, and browsing activity on the Platform
• The processing of this data as described in the Privacy Policy section below

• Installed browser plugins and extensions
• System language and timezone
• Hardware specifications (CPU cores, device memory)
• Canvas and WebGL rendering characteristics

This data is hashed into a non-reversible fingerprint identifier. The raw component data is stored for administrative security review and is not shared with third parties.

1.5.4 IP Address Logging

Your IP address is automatically logged each time you access the Platform. IP addresses are used for:

• Security monitoring and abuse prevention
• Geographic analytics (region-level, not street-level)
• Rate limiting and DDoS protection
• Compliance with legal requirements

IP address logs are retained for a period of up to 12 months and may be shared with law enforcement if required by applicable law.

1.5.5 Visit and Activity Logging

The Platform logs all page visits and interactions, including but not limited to:

• Pages viewed and navigation paths
• Timestamps of all visits
• Referral sources (how you arrived at the Platform)

1.5.6 Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

• Clearing your browser cookies and local storage
• Ceasing to use the Platform

1.5.10 Data Retention

• Browser fingerprints: up to 12 months
• User account data: duration of account existence plus 30 days after deletion
